Files should be submitted at 300dpi to print clearly and correctly. If the preview of the submitted file appears blurry, the file may be pixelated, which may affect the quality of the printed product. See our design guidelines for assistance.
The submitted file does not meet the required specifications, and needs to be built out to the correct guidelines specified.
Orders can be edited, and changes made up until final payment has been entered and processed. Unfortunately, as each order is a custom print order, changes cannot be made if it is already in production.
If you are unsatisfied with the product or believe that you have received a defective product, GilaMonster Printing must be contacted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 480.923.9999 within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
Please include the following information:
1.) Order Number
2.) Primary contact information
3.) Total of defective items in your order
4.) Picture of defective items with focus on front, back, top, middle, bottom.
5.) A written description of the defect Please allow up to 2 business days for review of your inquiry.
Because each order is custom all sales are final. Orders that are returned without information emailed or a phone call made to GilaMonster Printing discussing the issue will not be eligible for refund. Refunds are only authorized by manager discretion and will go through a strict quality control check prior to issuing any refund. All defective prints, including any and all reprints or the defective set(s) must be returned in order to receive any refund.
GilaMonster Printing does not offer any compensation for customer errors due to file uploads, or customer supplied artwork as noted in our Terms of Service section.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions on the product you received please call us at 480.923.9999 and one of our agents will assist you.
It is our reccomendation that site users adhere to our standards for best practices. Common errors include incorrect file submission in accordance with our specifications, duplicate orders, customer misunderstandings or turnaround time, slight color variances within 4-color (CMYK) industry standards for pleasing color, designs not within stated cutting and folding tolerances, undeliverable packages/third party delivery attempts or refusal of delivery and orders returned without prior communication with GilaMonster Printing.
GilaMonster Printing cannot and does not check any submissions for spelling, grammar, or any other textual errors. The design will be printed as it appears during your approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that ALL materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly and free of spelling or grammatical errors.
Refused or undeliverable orders that are on time are not the responsibility of GilaMonster Printing, and are not eligible for reprint, store credit, or refund. Orders returned without prior communication to GilaMonster Printing as undeliverable may be recycled. Refused or undeliverable orders ineligible for dispute resolution include:
1.) Business Closed
2.) Returned if mail carrier attempted 3 times
3.) Customer did not indicate as commercial address
4.) Mailing address in a rural area that is not a P.O. Box
